Infants in Need
Another great knitting charity to help babies, Infants in Need is on a mission to 'help helpless children who cannot defend or speak for themselves, to give hope, a sense of worth, and to ensure them a childhood.'

Angels of Love Charity
This group of knitters is another great example of what a knitting charity can be. Their mission is to make basic, essential bedding and clothing items for newborn babies in crisis situations. Not only do the volunteers make these items, they deliver them free of charge and without obligation.
Angels of Love prefers baby items knit with soft baby yarns -- no wool please. They request you wash your baby items with Dreft or Ivory Snow to assure no allergic reactions and package them in zip-loc gallon bags.
