Hats for the Homeless
Hats for the Homeless began when John Carroll died suddenly in 1998. Who was John Carroll? He was a man who cared for those less fortunate and had a heart for the homeless. Hats for the Homeless was created to carry on the memory of John Carroll and all the good he did in his lifetime. This organization can use hats, scarves, mittens that they give to the homeless in their area to help keep them warm. Knit for charity and send your knitted donations to:

Clifton Cares
Years ago, it came to the attention of Steven Hatals that children in Clifton, New Jersey were coming to school without warm clothing. To fill this need, Steven formed the non-profit organization call Clifton Cares to make sure that children have the warm clothing they need. The families that Clifton Cares helps are referred by the school principals, teachers, and guidance counselors who work with these children every day. They collect all types of clothing but would appreciate any gloves, mittens, hats, sweaters and baby sets you care to donate. Please send your donations to:
